DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Serve as a member of the Alternatives RFP team and create and drive content for various Alternatives strategies in JPMC's proprietary system. Assign Request for Proposal/Request for Information/Due Diligence Questionnaire requests to both onshore and offshore writers and facilitate training and upskill sessions between the Alternatives RFP team with the investment product teams. Provide guidance to both onshore and offshore junior employees including couching, training, reviewing assignments, and facilitate team signoffs to meet SEC and FINRA requirements. Work closely with Investment Specialists to complete questionnaires for different Alternatives strategies across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Transport, Liquid Alternatives, Private Credit/Equity and Alternatives customized solution mandates. Partner with various internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Investment Specialists, Business Intelligence, Compliance and Legal to address clients' ad-hoc inquires. Work closely with tech team to enhance generative Al accuracy. Liaise with tech team to automate annual due diligence questionnaires. Review and update content in language database.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Proposal Manager, Senior RFP Analyst, Proposal Writer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience in the following: Writing investment proposals for the following private markets strategies: US core real estate strategies, US value add real estate strategies, US real estate separate account strategies, US opportunistic real estate strategies, European core real estate strategies, European opportunistic real estate strategies, APAC core real estate strategies, APAC separate account strategies, global core and core+ infrastructure strategies, global core and core+ transportation strategies, global core forestry investment strategies, direct private equity strategies, private equity secondary strategies, Direct private credit strategies, and Private credit secondary strategies; Writing investment proposals for the following public alternatives strategies: ELTIF strategies, Macro strategies, Benchmark agnostic fixed income strategies, and UCITs fund of hedge funds strategies; Working with ERISA statutory pension code on public mandates issued by state governments and Sworn document Request for Proposals; SEC audits on Request for Proposals; Working with Request for Proposal tools such as Rocketdoc; and implementing AI in Request for Proposal tools.

Full-Time. Salary: $128,000 - $200,000 per year.
