Project Manager II - Global Banking

As the GB PHCC Project Manager II within the Global Banking Business Operations team at the Philippines Corporate Center, you will execute, monitor, and deliver projects and initiatives that support firmwide, regional, and local business priorities. This multi-disciplinary role provides exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, project management, financial analysis, resiliency planning, and strategic communications. You will utilize data-promoten approaches to ensure initiatives are delivered with discipline, transparency, and alignment.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using analytics platforms.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leads, corporate functions, and project teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and facilitate effective communication.
- Track project status, risks, and deliverables using project management methodologies and tools, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support financial oversight of projects by analyzing budgets, forecasts, and actuals to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and implement process enhancements using data-driven approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to business resiliency initiatives by analyzing risk data and supporting the development of response strategies.
- Present complex analytics and project updates in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior executives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience in data/business analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience delivering cross-functional projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analytics into clear, concise messages for diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Demonstrated experience working with and influencing senior leadership, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving alignment across teams and departments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, balance competing deadlines, and deliver results across concurrent initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Artificial Intelligence tools).
- Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and reports for business intelligence purposes.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Experience supporting financial analysis and oversight for business projects.
- Exposure to resiliency planning and risk analysis in a business context.
Shift Schedule: 3pm-12mn PHT but should be flexible to do night, if needed. Weekends off.
