As a Project Management Director in Business Banking, you will be part of a team driving a sustainable operating model across the organization, with a focus on business practices and common processes. You will build relationships and influence change, for process improvements that deliver positive client and employee experiences. You will blend elements of business strategy, process improvement, project management, and operational execution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive project success.
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the organization and project office.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders, synthesizing large amounts of information and articulating relevant concepts.
- Resolve conflicts and influence others to drive agreement and resolution through quantitative and analytic problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
