As a Program Management Senior Associate in Commercial Banking supporting Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) and CRE, you will be a critical member of the Sales & Business Enablement team. You will utilize your relevant experience and deep understanding of data and analytics to help bankers and TMO's become more productive. As a member of the team, you will partner closely with leaders in the MMBSI business, Business Support Management, and partners across HR in New Joiner Experience, Learning, and HR Business Advisors to harness data to support the matriculation of new hires.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop processes to gather data from various sources to provide holistic view of new joiner participation and analyze for deeper insights.
- Coordinate with Analytics team to align data to other data models.
- Manage workflow and improve efficiency of monthly reporting of matriculation insights to managers.
- Analyze trends related to Banker Matriculation Model and provide insights to program lead.
- Develop and maintain resources and playbooks to align with and enhance matriculation.
- Work closely with VP to facilitate ongoing programming supporting introductions to processes and partners.
- Co-facilitate sessions and speak in front of large audiences.
- Maintain overall program success metrics and improve workflow for efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years work experience with experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Ability to leverage data and build visually appealing executive insight reporting.
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as ability to learn new technologies (Mentimeter, SharePoint, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Alteryx.
