As a Project Management Analyst within our team, you will deliver projects that enhance the functionality and reporting of existing retail and corporate platforms. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, identify requirements, oversee technology development, manage user testing, and coordinate implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple project designs and assist in developing coordination plans from elevation floor plans to target designs.
  • Collaborate with sub-working groups to maintain deadlines and data frequencies.
  • Assist key working groups or team leaders with daily operations.
  • Partner with Structural Cabling Engineers, Architects, PM Companies, and Security experts to uphold company standards through problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts with new concepts, techniques, and challenges.
  • Develop expertise in defined security requirements.
  • Maintain project plans, databases, and software development, occasionally presenting project status reports to the organization and senior management.
  • Provide project or business analysis support as necessary.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Engineer/Architect with at least one year of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution and strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing complex data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with software such as Jira, PMWeb, and ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated personal initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Effective interpersonal, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to partner with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques and familiarity with emerging technologies in project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience or knowledge in CCTV, alarm, and cabling installations is advantageous.
  • Experience in developing or interpreting project floor plans and security system layouts is advantageous.
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam design systems, and AutoCAD is a plus.
