Project Execution - GT COO - Senior Associate

The Global Technology Chief Operating Office (GT COO) manages significant programs across Global Technology, driving accelerated execution with full transparency for our senior executives.

As a Project Execution Associate in GT COO, you will help drive the successful delivery of significant technology programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. The role will leverage core skills around project management and reporting to track delivery of key milestones with our functional partners and firmwide LOB representatives. You will support the team in discovery of complex problems, helping articulate and provide concise narrative for our executive stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to drive objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Early identification and mitigation of risks to delivery
  • Assess program performance through metrics and identify areas for improvements
  • Support program executive reporting to various forums, committees and steering groups.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal experience or equivalent expertise in project execution within complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Proven track record of effectively driving results and making progress
  • Experience in creating senior level presentations for multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate complex problems and providing influencing narrative on suggested path forward
