Program/Project Manager
The Chase Auto Private Label Captive Finance (PLCF) business has more than 20 years in the captive finance business and is the largest bank-owned private label captive finance provider in the U.S. We serve as the captive finance partner to seven domestic and global auto manufacturers: Subaru, Jaguar Land Rover, Maserati, Aston Martin, McLaren and Rivian.
As a Business Transformation Lead on PLCF Vehicle Remarketing and Loyalty team, you will collaborate with various teams to define business cases, synthesize and develop requirements and ensure timely and successful implementation of large scale projects within the PLCF organization. You will work on a large scale, complex projects with multiple lines of business and cross-functional teams.
The Business Transformation Lead will be the primary point of contact for the Vehicle Remarketing and Loyalty team for transformational efforts with our product and technical teams. This role partners in developing business cases, gathering requirements, implementation planning and change management. This role will also interface with 3rd party vendors related to any product or technical work.
Job responsibilities
- Represent as point of Contact within Vehicle Remarketing and Loyalty for product, technical and transformational work
- Partner with business and finance resources on business case development
- Gather requirements and develop features for product work
- Partner with business on implementation plans
- Represent the Vehicle Remarketing and Loyalty team in change management forums related to technical work
- Interface with 3rd party vendors related to Vehicle Remarketing and Loyalty work
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of experience working in an Agile or product lifecycle role
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project management and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using data to build business cases
- Proven experience in collaborating across teams and lines of business within large organizations, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams
- A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Experience prioritizing product / technical work
- Automotive / Captive Finance Experience
