Product Solutions Director, Data & AI Platforms

We are seeking a Director, Product Solutions to lead Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) solution delivery for our enterprise Data & AI Platform. This is a senior role at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology delivery-responsible for shaping and executing solutions that span multiple platform capabilities and deliver measurable business value.

The Director will partner with LOB leaders, Chief Data & Analytics Officers (CDOs/CAOs), and Platform Product & Engineering teams to identify, design, and deliver high-priority, complex use cases. You will drive the translation of strategic business needs into end-to-end platform solutions, ensuring alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Solution Design

  • Own the solutions funnel for high-priority, cross-platform business use cases-ensuring focus on the most impactful opportunities.
  • Partner with LOB leadership to ensure each LOB has a clear, prioritized book of work for platform.
  • Lead solution design in collaboration with platform product managers and engineers to combine existing and new capabilities.

Delivery Ownership

  • Act as end-to-end owner for solution delivery-from intake and prioritization through execution, adoption, and measurement.
  • Ensure timely delivery by proactively managing dependencies across multiple platform teams.
  • Champion the raising of intake quality, ensuring all solutions start with well-defined business problems, user needs, and success metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for LOB CDOs/CAOs for new strategic asks.
  • Represent solutions in the cross-LOB governance council, driving capability prioritization and trade-off discussions.
  • Maintain transparency through dashboards that track solution status, delivery progress, and business outcomes.

Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in data, AI, and analytics platform capabilities, ensuring solutions are future-proof and aligned to industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for platform convergence, reusability, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management or related experience, with at least 3-5 years in a director-level or senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-team data & AI platform solutions at scale in a large enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, AI/ML enablement, and knowledge management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills-comfortable engaging C-level leaders and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage trade-offs, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience building governance structures and driving adoption of shared platforms across multiple business units.
