As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager (VP, Individual Contributor) on the Product Delivery team, you will primarily support our AI/ML Product Pillar within Home Lending Infrastructure Product. You will craft executive-level presentations and distill complex information into clear, actionable stories for all levels of the organization. Your role requires deep expertise in PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills, and a strong ability to synthesize data and key metrics. You'll leverage data analytics to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making, working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure our work supports Home Lending's strategic objectives. Familiarity with AI/ML and Home Lending is highly valued, as is your ability to ask insightful questions and drive clarity across the product landscape.

Job Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver executive-level presentations that effectively communicate complex data, analytics, and product strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of diverse audiences-including governance groups, business stakeholders, C-suite executives, and mid to senior-level management-to tailor presentations and messaging that address their specific interests, priorities, and concerns.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis, and collaborate with key players to ensure the accuracy of information presented; proactively listen in meetings and follow discussions to gather insights, leveraging advanced Excel skills, reporting platforms, Confluence, and Jira/Align to collect and validate data for executive presentations.
  • Apply data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic recommendations within presentations.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to understanding business goals, processes, and the competitive landscape within Home Lending.
  • Continuously seek feedback and iterate on presentation materials to improve clarity and effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capability and skills,

  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in creating high-quality presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience applying data analytics to support business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and build relationships across various functions.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred qualifications, capability and skills,

  • Mortgage industry experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application within the financial services sector.
