As a Sr. Marketing Associate in the Home Lending Marketing team, you will partner with us to execute and manage impactful marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget. This role provides the opportunity to drive all aspects of campaign execution, from idea to deployment, in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages omnichannel marketing execution from strategic development to deployment.
• Collaborates with marketing strategists and cross-functional partners to execute complex campaigns.
• Partners with internal and external agencies on creative development and execution.
• Ensures campaigns adhere to brand and compliance guidelines.
• Makes recommendations for campaign enhancements based on test results and data.
• Contributes innovative ideas and best practices.
• Optimizes campaigns to improve results and reduce costs.
• Drives initiatives to enhance customer experience and segmentation.
• Communicates effectively with legal, compliance, and risk teams for content approval.
• Influences others and achieve results through collaboration.
• Acts quickly on issues, removing roadblocks and learning from mistakes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
• Proven consumer marketing experience.
• Experience managing large-scale traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer experience, segmentation, testing, and results measurement.
• Initiative and ability to influence others.
• Solid collaboration skills.
• Data-driven approach to marketing.
