Product Marketing Senior Associate- Business Banking

On this line of business team, you will work with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class digital solutions to small business clients.

As a Product Marketing Senior Associate within Business Banking, you will be responsible for driving key business results by bringing innovative marketing strategies to life. Your role will involve developing, executing, and managing multiple digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on new products for small business clients.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop strong collaboration with key strategy and internal/external execution partners.
  • Deliver campaigns with excellence for new product launches and other key initiatives.
  • Partner with strategy partners to manage internal and external agency briefing and creative development of emails, ads, and landing pages.
  • Bring campaigns to life by partnering with our cross-functional execution partners.
  • Ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget parameters.
  • Provide recommendations on opportunities to optimize campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, campaign strategy, and the framework for measurement and reporting.
  • Ensure a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed.
  • Manage multi-channel execution (from concept development to managing approvals and delivery).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years experience in direct marketing.
  • 2+ years of executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple partners and deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys the challenge of trying new things and embraces change.
  • Confident presenter, adept at delivering project insights and results to partners and leadership.
