As a Product Marketing Senior Associate in the Home Lending Marketing team, you will identify, ideate, and implement strategies to boost lead generation and loan production. You will leverage your data analysis expertise to uncover trends and opportunities, presenting actionable insights through compelling visualizations. Together, we will develop strong partnerships across Finance, Sales, and Decision Sciences, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and review focus product performance, generating recommendations based on insights and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to identify product and customer experience trends.
- Process invoices for production, vendor, and talent contracts, managing budget forecasting.
- Manage small or focus projects independently, partnering for guidance on complex matters.
- Enhance results, drive efficiencies, and reduce costs through strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrated marketing experience.
- Proven ability to deliver marketing results and deliverables.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cross-functional project teams.

- Broad knowledge of principles, practices, and theories within marketing.
