As a Product Marketing Senior Associate in the Home Lending Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in increasing lead and loan production through innovative marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, foster collaboration, and execute campaigns that adhere to brand and compliance guidelines. Job Responsibilities:

  • Update and share status reports, consolidate feedback, and schedule partner meetings for upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate with VP/ED on product areas to drive strong relationships and efficiencies with LOB partners.
  • Manage product messaging and creative development from concept to delivery.
  • Independently manage small or focus projects and handle multiple assignments with oversight.
  • Improve results, drive efficiencies, and reduce costs.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Assign tasks and ensure project participants meet timelines.
  • Execute marketing campaigns while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive project/campaign documentation, including reports and schedules.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Extensive marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver marketing results and deliverables.
  • Strong project management skills, including developing detailed project plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and theories.
  • Experience working on cross-functional project teams.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills.
