As a Vice President of Product Marketing Acquisition Strategy & Growth within the Sapphire Acquisition team, you will closely interact with the Sapphire acquisition team along with Media and Brand teams to promote growth through strategic acquisition. You will collaborate across functions to create data driven strategies that connect the top and bottom of the funnel. Your work will be pivotal in optimizing investments and achieving acquisition goals, making a significant impact on our growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the centralized acquisition team to execute select growth initiatives.
- Drive significant growth in prioritized initiatives and/or channels.
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses to connect the top and bottom of the funnel.
- Work cross-functionally to create a comprehensive view of value drivers, supported by functional reporting.
- Set and achieve acquisition and media goals in partnership with relevant functions.
- Optimize investments across acquisition and media.
- Support ongoing top-to-bottom acquisition funnel and experimentation agenda.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisition strategy and value creation.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to quickly identify critical aspects of problems and appropriate structures.
- Practical and executable top-down hypothesis-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate and build relationships at all levels, achieving goals without direct control over resources.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to influence horizontally and cross-functionally.
- Proven track record of initiative, achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurship.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- MBA and consulting experience preferred.
