Job Summary:

As a Product Marketer- Associate on the CIB Markets Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and execution of global marketing programs for our business. You will be responsible for contributing to and implementing strategic marketing plans that effectively communicate key messages to target markets, while continuously evaluating the success of marketing activities. Your deliverables may include messaging, positioning, collateral, advertising, digital marketing, direct mail, video, client events, and research.

You will own the development and delivery of marketing assets that showcase our capabilities to existing and prospective clients/users globally.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with members of the global CIB Marketing team, including specialist partner teams such as social media, creative services, and analytics, and will cultivate strong business partnerships across regions and all major product areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute programs to ensure effective, innovative, and efficient delivery across the user journey for various products within the J.P. Morgan Markets business.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels and marketing partners across regions, while efficiently managing vendors and external consultants.
  • Optimize the distribution of marketing assets to relevant audiences.
  • Write, edit, and contribute to the design of programs, including direct marketing campaigns (email), digital channels (web, online advertising, social media), global and regional sales tools (brochures, fact sheets), and product videos/interactive help guides.
  • Manage creative development and production with agencies and internal partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Measure impact and effectiveness, preparing presentations of findings.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams globally to ensure approvals are in place before campaign and development work begins.
  • Coordinate with the extended global team within CIB and other areas of the firm to ensure effective sector, local, regional, and global activity.
  • Implement brand guidelines and communicate requirements clearly and practically.
  • Handle other projects and activities as dictated by business needs.
  • Prioritize and re-prioritize projects as business requirements shift.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Proven track record in marketing digital solutions in the financial services space or experience developing and activating client engagement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Markets products and institutional investors is preferred.
  • Digital-first approach to marketing, with experience in digital and advertising required to promote an e-commerce platform.
  • Strong project and time management skills, capable of managing multiple and varied projects concurrently and end-to-end.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
  • Executes with firm attention to detail and a solid understanding of brand principles.
  • Excellent oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and establish credibility with business colleagues globally, actively engaging with marketing/product management and business contacts across the firm to execute marketing plans.
  • Effectively identifies and implements solutions to reduce complexity in marketing activity.
  • Self-starter, professional, focused, and reliable.
  • Keen interest in learning about and understanding our products and platforms.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofing.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to critically assess key decisions and produce clear evaluations of activities to support continuous improvements.
  • Comfortable with client databases, able to segment clients effectively based on objectives.

**Please note this role requires 5 days a week in office, in the location listed on the requisition, no hybrid or remote work available.
