As a Product Manager in Workflow Automation, within Acquisition and Onboarding you will play an integral part in transforming our candidate and employee experiences. We're looking for a Product Manager, VP to lead innovation and drive efficiencies in our recruiter and hiring experiences through the application of process simplification and AI/ML. You are skilled in leading cross-functional teams through product development lifecycle to identify customer pain points, opportunities, rigorous prioritization, and deliver products that delight the customers. In this role, you will work as an individual contributor to set the product vision and strategy, gather and analyze data, identify opportunities, size impacts, prioritize backlog, build roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze product performance for continuous improvements.

Job responsibilities

  • Defines product strategy, product vision, and build roadmaps that delivers value to the customers
  • Lead discovery efforts and apply industry and market research to shape product ideas and opportunities into initiatives that brings solutions to life
  • Defines product success measures by setting key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and outcomes
  • Identify data needs and tracking for analyses and measurements, drive data accessibility for the team
  • Write PRDs, product specs, and requirements, and collaborate with tech teams to set milestones, breakdown steps, and write Jira epics and stories
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Use data and customer feedback to perform analyses that inform product decisions, understand opportunity size, impact/reach, and drives continuous improvement of a product, feature, or idea
  • Communicates product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Determine the best path forward by collaborating with tech teams on system and architectural designs that anchors in a customer-first approach
  • Leads the development and execution of AI-driven product strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to deliver innovative AI solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, data products, advanced analytics, or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools including Jira
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Expertise in AI technology (ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, etc.) and algorithm optimization
  • Knowledge of APIs to design and implement seamless integrations with third-party platforms and services
  • Experience overseeing data movement and integration processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Ability to stay current with advancements in AI technologies and industry best practices

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Customer-facing products (B2C) experience preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding and experienced with building data infrastructures and data pipelines, especially to power the scalability of AI
  • SQL and/or Python skills preferred; Advanced Analytics skills preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple goals simultaneously
  • Knowledge of UX principles to ensure that personalization efforts enhance the overall user experience
