Global Security (GS) protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security operations on a global basis to include ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, executive protection, pre-employment screening, fraud investigations, and Technical Security. This mission is executed through the implementation of technology, best-in-class talent, and client collaboration.
The Global Security Technical Security team consists of a dynamic group of security professionals who support the physical security of our retail and corporate environments through access control, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance technologies. They are responsible for the overall design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of integrated security systems that protect the firm across the logical & physical threat spectrum. Technical security professionals work closely with key stakeholders across Global Security, Global Real Estate, and multiple technical teams nested within Global Technology.

As a Technical Security Product Manager in Global Security, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new security product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable security products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of security products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality security products that exceed customer expectations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Support and build multi-year product roadmaps incorporating new technologies into strategic direction for their product.
- Craft exciting, polished, and effective PowerPoint presentations for Executive leaders.
- Perform complex reporting data analysis; understand/synthesize/infer/present results.
- Understand Access Control hardware and applications and how they are implemented at scale globally.
- Partner with technology, operations, and other product managers or product delivery managers on key strategic initiatives often times working under tight time constraints.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral. Able to confidently synthesize and present complex data, tailoring the message to senior audiences.
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business, and external vendors.
- The aptitude to multi-task and learn new software, hardware, and processes quickly and simultaneously; a willingness to progress/flex/expand responsibilities; a high standard of integrity and dependability working autonomously in ambiguous high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-starter who is able to work with general direction and will follow up with questions.
- Sound decision-making to critically think through a problem and the intellectual curiosity to pursue the solution.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 8 years' experience with project and/or product management; ideally in Technical Security.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Knowledge of physical security technology systems (Video Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection), and basic IT networking and infrastructure design.
- Experience implementing physical, technical, and administrative controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technology-related field.
