As a Product Manager - FAS - Vice President within JPMorgan Chase, you will play an active role in defining and executing the AI for Documents product roadmap. You will manage existing features and lead the research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap. You will facilitate and promote solutions across the organization, working with legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to prioritize, deliver, and align with senior management. You will build relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase and partner with senior product owners to progress the product roadmap, acting as the voice of the customer and promoting product vision in forums where senior product owners are not present.

Job responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of the AI for Documents Product roadmap
  • Manage existing features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap
  • Continually drive the product towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Facilitate and drive solutions across the organization; working with legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to prioritize, deliver and align with senior management
  • Build relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase
  • Partner with senior product owners to progress the product roadmap; act as voice of the customer and drive product vision in forums where senior product owners are not present

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Minimum 15 of years product management experience, or equivalent - including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits and developing roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge of AI and LLM and experience in AI for Documents
  • Experience & comfort working within non-linear design & development processes
  • Experience in the design & development of service offerings that span multiple channels and form factors
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forward
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to and experienced in technology and query platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data
  • Exposed to software development mindset and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc..)
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Graduate in any field is mandatory (Preferably science)
  • Masters in Business administration or any field in Science is preferred
  • Experience working in agile/scrum teams preferred
