As a Product Manager in Employee Document Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Document and Business Solutions aims to deliver a technology first suite of products that enables our employees to conduct everyday business task whilst adopting new digital alternatives to traditional paper based processes, including increase adoption of AI internal partner products.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Leverage a multitude of internal and external sources and experts, drive the research and evaluation of our current products to determine opportunity areas for improving the end to end experience
  • Develop and oversee the product roadmap, vision, and development, ensuring alignment with business needs in line with the firm's growth and financial targets and aspirations
  • Lead the end-to-end product delivery journey, ensuring that we execute effectively and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Drive product innovation by staying ahead of market trends and identifying emerging technologies
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure seamless integration and assist to establish metrics that help optimize processes to improve outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance product adoption and user engagement
  • Partner with technology teams to drive digital product innovation and enhance user experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience ensuring all products comply with relevant regulations and internal risk frameworks
  • Lead product strategy and define long term vision and roadmap incorporating a broad variety sources capturing market trends, innovations and internal requirements
  • Oversee and lead all product life cycle activities including discovery, delivery and adoption
  • Manage large-scale product portfolios and cross-functional teams, driving change within organizations, and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and analytics
  • Experience in product innovation and UX design, with enterprise-wide release and deployment processes using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms
  • Experience working with print, creative and graphical design, and document processing industry, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and cultural environments
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multi-functional larger teams

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Recognized thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry eminence, capable of driving product innovation
  • Strong network within the print and document management industry, with the ability to pull together multiple partners in a productive, team environment enabling ideas to be taken from conception to execution
  • Understands the importance of good business practice, exercises sound judgment, and anticipates and promptly addresses stakeholder needs
  • Behaves in an inclusive, respectful manner and encourages the same within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
