Product Manager - Digital Channel - Customer Engagement

Area Product Ownership for Customer engagement

  • Experience in Travel Domain / Ecommerce is a huge advantage
  • Experience with on Email communication strategy , Marketing technologies is a plus

Job responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the entire Application Platform portfolio
  • Partner with engineers and peers within Chase Travel to align initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technology stakeholders
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure developer satisfaction, adoption, and business impact
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Helping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprint's goals.
  • Ownership of N+2 sprint planning , readiness & grooming.
  • Preparing new ideas/ concepts for Intake
  • Informing stakeholders and customers about the product's status.
  • Collaborate with various QUAD partners ( Tech, Design, Data & Product)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • As a product owner, possess 10+ years of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Email Communication platform like Sendgrid, AWS Pinpoint or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Marketing technology stack
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Expertise in executive stakeholder management
