DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Customize and integrate commercial or open-sources analytical solutions for data science and statistical modelling to build a workbench tool on cloud. Utilize state-of-the-art modeling including both classical statistical modeling approaches and modern machine learning approaches to enhance existing models and tackle challenging modeling problems. Create plans for the development and delivery of Data Products to support strategic business objectives and accelerate incorporation of AI/ML capabilities in analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in business and technology, leveraging capabilities to build repeatable, scalable, and automated products. Support, maintain, and drive the multi-cloud Partner Network allowing customer influence and product/partner/tooling inputs to feed into product lines, along with up-to- date product information, then radiated back to customers and partners. Apply knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable data pipelines. Integrate data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files. Implement ETL processes to support data transformation and loading. Create plans for the development and delivery of Data Products to support strategic business objectives and accelerate incorporation of AI/ML capabilities in analytics. Design and develop observatory and telemetry dashboards to monitor performance, targeting and execution, along with providing other analytical support for business goals as well as maintain, improve, and assess processes and controls in support of business results. Work with relational and NoSQL databases to store and retrieve data and contribute to the migration of data from RDMS to cloud data source. Minimize security vulnerabilities by following industry insights and governmental regulations to advance security protocols, including the creation of processes to determine the effectiveness of current controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or relevant quantitative field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Product Manager, Sr. Product Associate, Product Analyst, Operations Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or relevant quantitative field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Product Manager, Sr. Product Associate, Product Analyst, Operations Data Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) of years of experience with the following: leading product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management; data analytics; evaluating complex business problems by conducting data analysis and devising recommendations and analytics to solve those business problems; Python; R; SQL; any visualization tool such as Tableau, Quicksight, or DOMO; Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools including JIRA and Notion or Confluence; working with data warehouses to retrieve data efficiently using optimized queries with at least 1 of the following: Redshift, Snowflake, Teradata, or Oracle DB's; conducting A/B experimentation and data/metric-driven product development; cloud-native deployment in a large-scale distributed environment. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: technical literacy including client-side technologies, APIs and microservices; using any UI/UX technology such as Figma for visual design, storyboarding, data fluency, and creating visually appealing and functional visual elements for digital products and services; at least 1 of the following statistical software packages: Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn, or PyTorch.
