Product Director - Technology Asset Management

As a Product Director in the Office of CTO, you are an integral part of the team to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of technology asset management solutions. As a core leader, you will drive process reengineering initiatives, ensure book of work planning is aligned with controls and compliance requirements, and champion best-in-class user experiences for internal stakeholders. You will have a strong commitment and deep expertise in product management, technology asset lifecycle, and process optimization, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a complex, regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for technology asset management, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements and identify opportunities for process reengineering to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance value delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze, redesign, and implement technology asset management processes.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline asset lifecycle management and develop and maintain a controls-aligned book of work, ensuring all initiatives meet compliance, risk, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and audit teams to proactively address control gaps and regulatory changes.
- Champion best-in-class user experiences by gathering feedback, conducting user research, and leveraging design thinking methodologies.
- Partner with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions and engage with key stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, and business units to understand needs and drive adoption.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement and report on product performance, user satisfaction, and process efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology asset management or related domains.
- Demonstrated experience in process reengineering and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of controls, compliance, and risk management in a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to deliver best-in-class user experiences through collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with technology asset management platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, or other asset management frameworks.
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
