As a Product Director within our Payment Experiences and Services team in our Consumer Bank's Payments organization, you will lead a team dedicated to innovating new product offerings and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Your focus will be on foundational products and services that facilitate payment processing across various Demand Deposit Accounts based products and shared customer-facing payment experiences such as hubs and entry points. You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the strategic vision for modernizing our platforms and delivering top-tier payment capabilities for our customers. Additionally, you will manage and expand our Banking Payments product footprint in India. This role demands strong collaboration and influencing skills, an agile mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to internal and competitive market forces.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary product teams through all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch
- Define a strategic product vision and OKRs aligned to overall organizational objectives, and informed by customer feedback and key market/technology trends
- Oversee the team's execution against the product roadmap, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure delivery of key milestones
- Oversee the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating effective communication with Tech teams to enable delivery of high-value features and enhancements.
- Drive product reviews, strategy sessions, and other key cadences with senior leaders to provide visibility into progress, escalate key risks, and drive decisions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Functional (Finance, Marketing, Controls), Design, Technology, and Analytics teams
- Collaborate across Product, Design, Technology, and Analytics teams to prioritize the most impactful features for Payments, and to support cross-line of business product strategy and vision
- Ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, and technology applications, with a focus on managing Payments Services capabilities from issuer, network, and/or merchant perspectives.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to proactively craft product strategy and associated product roadmap.
- Demonstrated ability to launch products and capabilities while working with a cross-functional team.
- Proven leadership track record in a product leadership role, including setting up high-impact teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments is required.
- A customer-obsessed leader with the ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements.
- Strong leader to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

- Skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation, and analysis.

- Technical understanding and knowledge of the Payments industry, with the ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team.
