Product Director Identity Management

As a Product Director in the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspires cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is seeking an Executive Director in Product Management to lead Identity & Access Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of secure authentication, authorization, and identity management solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead IAM strategy and execution across AI/ML and Data platforms, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable access to data and AI capabilities
- Define and own the IAM product strategy and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and technological advancements
- Design and scale IAM solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring consistent identity federation and policy enforcement
- Develop IAM features like federated identity, fine-grained RBAC/ABAC, just-in-time access, and service identity for autonomous agents
- Collaborate with AI platform, MLOps, and data engineering teams to ensure frictionless data access and integration with governance tools
- Support secure agentic automation with dynamic permissions, delegation models, and guardrails for sensitive actions
- Lead IAM integration across model training environments, GenAI tools, and feature stores
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years in product management, with 3+ in IAM, cloud security, or data platform roles
- Deep experience in hybrid/multi-cloud IAM architecture and federated identity systems
- Strong background in data governance, access policy modeling, and cross-domain IAM enforcement
- Familiarity with cloud-native IAM tools and identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
- Experience supporting GenAI and intelligent agent platforms with secure identity boundaries
- Proven track record in building identity federation or identity propagation products
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at a strategic leadership level
- Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across enterprise-wide teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Background in AI infrastructure, data platforms, or MLOps toolchains
- Experience with zero-trust architectures, policy-as-code, and fine-grained attribute-based access
- Familiarity with tools like Okta, Auth0, HashiCorp Vault, Apache Ranger, or Open Policy Agent
- Understanding of compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) and AI governance needs
