As a Product Director within Global Investment Banking Digital, you will oversee the product roadmap, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, world-class platforms that empower bankers to execute deals with precision and speed. You'll own the product vision and execution for Advisory and M&A workflows, utilizing digital strategies to enhance banker experiences. This role demands a seasoned leader with expertise in investment banking operations, a passion for AI-driven process optimization, and a track record of delivering transformative digital solutions

Job responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Advisory and M&A workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Mentor and elevate junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to develop scalable and adaptable solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for product initiatives and driving adoption and satisfaction.
  • Own the end-to-end banker product experience, ensuring a seamless and unified workflow across deal origination, execution, and client engagement.
  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure efficient execution and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and optimize banker productivity.
  • Partner with other digital teams across Global Banking and Global Technology to deliver a unified experience for bankers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Significant experience in product management or a relevant domain, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics, with experience in digital platform infrastructure and modernization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate business and technical requirements and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize competing demands.
