Product Delivery Manager - Machine Learning and Intelligence Operations

As an experienced professional in Project Execution, you thrive at managing complex programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm.

As a Product Delivery Manager for Machine Learning Operations Intelligence, you will be responsible in driving end-to-end execution for the product's vision and prioritized roadmap agenda. Ensure the health and wellness of the team remains on point with transparency and communication of work in flight to closure. Partner with product and technology to overcome impediments preventing productivity and continuously promote a unified culture by encouraging team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners by setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Focus strongly on risk and controls.
  • Partner with Product Owners (POs), Area Product Owners (APOs), and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams.
  • Plan and execute delivery of the product roadmap.
  • Monitor Jira hygiene and enforce Jira standards.
  • Manage product roadmap to align with the product budget and ensure team availability.
  • Oversee release management and communication.
  • Identify and manage issues proactively.
  • Support the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team to increase efficiencies and improve overall agile effectiveness.
  • Manage dependencies both inside and outside of the product area.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Strong understanding of firmwide risk and controls
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
