As a Product Delivery Manager in the Wholesale Lending Services group, you will help lead and contribute to supporting multiple lending applications utilized in the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Securitized Products Group (SPG) Mortgage Finance lending business. You will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing success and strategic direction and vison, development, and management of the CIB SPG platform to include the SPG Client Portal, Vulcan, and Absolute Lending applications, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the CIB SPG lending businesses. In this role, you will also be required to be a visionary leader with an understanding of commercial lending processes, technology, and market trends.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the CIB SPG Mortgage Finance platform, aligning with the firm's commercial lending objectives and growth strategies
- Assist in overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements, ensuring the platform delivers value to our clients and stakeholders
- Assist in leading and mentoring high-performing team of product managers, supporting engineers/developers, front office, and middle office teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product outcomes
- Focus on staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy and ensure the CIB SPG Mortgage Finance platform remains competitive and compliant
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring robust controls and governance are in place
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact, driving continuous improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 years of experience in product management, commercial lending, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex technology-driven initiatives
- Use of Jira for planning, tracking, and managing software development projects
- Use of q-Test or comparable for planning, managing, and tracking UAT and Regression testing activities
- Leading business requirement sessions with Product, Technology, Front Office (Business), and Middle Office (Operations) to include documented business requirements for development by technology teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Current or previous mortgage warehouse lending experience is a plus
- Agile Scrum methodology and practices preferred
- Good understanding of commercial lending processes and technology platforms, particularly mortgage warehouse lending applications or similar systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
