As a Product Delivery Manager in Infrastructure Platforms team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Exhibit strong soft skills in communicating (including technical presentations), participating effectively in a small team environment, and proactively making and owning decisions from conception to production as a forward thinker.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of working in a Jira workflow environment and Kanban methodologies, along with a background in automation skills using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Identify opportunity and apply automation skills to reduce manual TOILS
- Utilize your extensive experience for planning, analysis, process design/implementation and data network design & implementation.
- Focus on operational stability, improving risk posture and modernize the infrastructure supporting critical line of business across all corporate locations.
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Accept out-of-hours work as required by the nature of the engineered product.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Hands on experience working on TCP/IP routing protocols, SDWAN , Arista Cloud Vision , AVD , VxLAN, ISIS, BGP, OSPF , high end service provider router like CISCO ASR 9000 ,NCS , IOS XR/XE, NX-OS, PE, CE, VPN technologies, MACSec, QoS,IPSEC, Quantum key Distribution, Segment Routing (MPLS and IPv6), layer 4-7 switching, Security, QoS, Network Management and Monitoring Software
- Advanced knowledge of available network operating systems, network equipment and networking protocols is essential.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Ansible, Python)
- Manage, Maintain and Analyze SDWAN, Arista , Juniper , Fortinet, SASE environment operating with VxLAN, BGP, OSPF , high end service provider router like CISCO ASR 9000 , PE, CE, Route Reflector.
- Demonstrate previous experience in current routing platforms from Cisco, Arista, Versa/Fortinet, and Open Gear.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in using the following tool sets: Cisco DNA, Arista Cloud Vision, ServiceNow, Ansible Tower, and Python.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
