Product Delivery Associate - System Configurations

As a Product Delivery Associate in System Configurations (Auto Servicing and Collections Product), you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role. You will support the build and maintenance of business process workflows designed to manage the Auto Finance full life cycle from originations through servicing, collections, and customer life events. Collaboration with technical leads and teams is essential to help integrate workflow solutions and ensure alignment with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Job responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Process Design Documentation (PDDs), and Business Process Model Notations (BPMNs diagrams)
- Develop a basic understanding of integration layers supporting workflows and their impact on workflow design; test workflows prior to promoting into other lower regions
- Support construction of business process workflows and set up integration points with non-Chase systems (e.g., letter engine, CBN, CDN)
- Participate in peer reviews and configuration validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
- Track and manage assigned tasks and workflow configuration activities using Jira while updating Jira tickets with relevant status, documentation, and comments to ensure transparency and accountability
- Participate in story refinement, sprint planning, and sprint execution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field, Quality Management, Process Management, Production and Operations Management, Business Systems Analysis, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Statistics, Economics, or MIS. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum processes and methodologies, as well as the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Works well with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and oversight partners
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to share ideas, ask questions, and document processes
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adjust to new systems, processes, and requirements
- Organized and motivated, eager to learn business and technical processes, and able to work independently towards continuous improvement
- Demonstrates initiative and curiosity; actively seeks out information and solutions rather than waiting for direction
- Familiarity with business requirements management, process mapping, and process re-engineering
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- Minimum 1-2 years of business or technical system analysis experience; prior exposure to business rule engines
- Programming experience with SQL, SAS, or other programming experience is preferred. Experience with data analysis, automation, or scripting to support business processes
