As a Product Delivery Manager in Chief Data and Analytics Office, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Implement MLOps practices for machine learning model compliance.
- Establish monitoring mechanisms for AI governance compliance.
- Present updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in AI governance.
- Develop product strategy and vision to deliver customer value.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research for product roadmap integration.
- Own and develop a product backlog supporting strategic roadmap.
- Track product success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback for product enhancements.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and value.
- Partner with marketing and client engagement teams for product launches.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI/ML technologies and trends.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle and data analytics.
- Experience with big data technologies, GenAI use cases, and cloud computing platforms.
- Proven leadership in product life cycle activities and strategic development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Drive product vision and strategy for AI outcomes; partner with business lines for AI use cases.
- Technical expertise in retrieval-augmented generation, Python, SQL, and financial services analytics.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; experience with cloud services and solution engineering.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools; experience with program/project management software.
- Expertise in AI lifecycle, cloud architecture, and LLM solutions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Advanced certifications in AI governance or related fields.
- Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, CRISC.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities.
- Certification in product management or related fields.
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with LLM powered Agentic solutions.
