DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Facilitate Key Dependencies, risks and issues across the product development lifecycle. Drive change management tasks associated with implementing new or altered product/services, which entails both risk assessment and implementation of the plan for a controlled launch across all relevant businesses and functions. Coordinate with global stakeholders on execution. Promote consistent end-to-end business readiness. Facilitate strategic work streams for cross border payments and the investment management process. Establish governance process for the key work streams. Track interdependencies of different work streams. Prioritize the product backlog & maintain momentum for the product development. Support changes and/or enhancements across multiple systems, technology platforms and business processes to support projects, enterprise-wide changes and/or ongoing maintenance for the Cross Border Payments platform. Analyze strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy and speed-to-market.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Project Manager, Trading Services Associate, Business Analyst, FX Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: FX payments, involving international cross-border settlements, including alternative payment methods; product operating model, including Product Management; delivering payment fintech product delivery; foreign exchange markets; risk management including FX and Regulatory risk for payments; trade support including FX trade support; JIRA; Confluence; overseeing projects or programs during Product development; working with business stakeholders to develop strategy and development priorities in FX Payments; translating business objectives into quantifiable metrics for product development.

Full-Time. Salary: $151,926 - $187,500 per year.
