Product Associate [Multiple Positions Available]
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development efforts. Analyze existing processes and systems and engage appropriate product teams to make recommendations for improvements. Identify and leverage user data, behavioral analytics, and key performance metrics, industry trends, and varying forms of customer and advisor feedback to craft designs and build the product roadmap. Define features and communicate requirements to engineering in clearly written documentation. Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment. Gather requirements to write user stories and specify acceptance criteria. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, test plans and scripts. Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure the design is feasible, user stories accurately reflect the business need, test plans and scripts are complete, and the product is of high quality. Conduct sprint release planning and implementation activities. Measure progress and coordinate operational readiness across teams. Manage product backlog, production support, issue and defect resolution and prioritization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Associate, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, Software Developer/Engineer, Hardware Engineer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Application product management including improving business operations, identifying process improvement opportunities, analyzing workflows for efficiencies, analyzing business trends, and predicting future business needs. This position requires any amount experience with the following: Gathering business requirements, performing detailed analysis, and documenting user stories in an Agile environment; leading building and implementation phases in collaboration with technology development teams; ensuring testing teams perform quality assurance; performing production support, including leading root cause analysis and verifying potential solutions; designing user experience for applications; evaluating data analytics to identify product development opportunities and areas for streamlining business processes; Leveraging JIRA and JQL to create and maintain business requirements and various reporting dashboards; Process mapping with Visio or Signavio; Delivering multiple business demands on-time that meet business requirements; Presenting findings to technical and non- technical senior stakeholders including insights for analysis and improvements.
