As a Product Associate in Pay & Time Product, you will be responsible to work with your lead on managing new releases and enhancements for Oracle Human Capital Management Time and Absence (OTL). You will understand the day-to-day issues faced by the operations and servicing team, provide solutions to the issues, configure and test Pay, Time, and Absence Modules.

- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Configure, test and validate new data elements or changes to existing data elements
- Partner with Operations to successfully complete issue analysis and define requirements
- Partner with Workforce Technology on the validation of Jira Stories
- Work successfully in an Agile environment by completing Jira stories on time with minimal carryover, and effectively communicating issues and blockers on active stories
- Own parts of the end to end regression testing for Time and Absence modules for monthly and quarterly releases
- Assist Workforce Technology with Oracle Service Requests and provide requested information to ensure timely resolution of any payroll impacting issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience with Oracle HCM Pay and Time or similar HR/Human Capital Management software
- Experience partnering with vendors on problem resolution and service requests; including communicating the issues, tracking resolution, and keeping key internal partners aware of current state of the request
- Good judgement and decision making skills with a focus on solving problems in ways that improve the experience for our customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on driving others to action through effectively communicating needs
- Ability to collaborate in an Agile team-oriented environment across teams and vendors
- Exceptional analytical skills (ex. root cause analysis and anticipating needs/issues), problem solving, problem identification and reasoning skills
- Willingness to own deliverables end to end and deliver outcomes that reduce friction in the employee experience regarding Time and Absence experiences
