As a Product Associate - Client Management Associate within our Client Engagement Team, you will support the Client Engagement Lead in delivering project plans across various business lines and platforms. You will assist in implementing integration frameworks, ensuring standards and paved paths are followed, and contribute to the development and execution of project plans by gathering technical requirements and tracking timelines. You will help identify and report potential blockers and risks, assisting in the development of contingency plans. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver regular management reports under the guidance of the Account Manager Lead, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Assist in implementing integration frameworks, ensuring standards and paved paths are followed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Basic understanding of data, AI, and analytics within the financial services industry

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Strong project management skills and a strategic mindset

Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in technical program management

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute to decision-making processes

Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to assist in breaking down objectives into manageable tasks

Experienced in Reporting and Analytics Tools like Tableau or Power BI for data analysis and reporting on program performance

Experienced in Program/project management Tools like Microsoft project, Trello, Monday.com and salesforce to plan, execute and monitor program activities

Familiarity with cloud services, platform architecture, and solution engineering is a plus
