Description
As a Product Delivery Associate in CARD (LOB Partner Channel), you play a key role in transforming ideas into functional products. You support delivery processes, manage dependencies, and facilitate product releases, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you help identify and resolve blockers, contribute to change management, and document adherence to regulatory requirements. This role offers opportunities to develop your expertise, contribute to meaningful change, and advance your career in a growth-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
  • Contribute to change management activities across functional partners and document adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 1+ Years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
  • 1+ Years of demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
  • 1+ Years of experience and/or exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2+ Years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
  • 2+ Years of demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
  • 2+ Years of experience and/or exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams.
  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes.
