Job Responsibilities:
- Lead product management efforts for the LLM Suite, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams to execute top AI/ML priorities.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify market trends and new AI capabilities.
- Work with internal business lines to understand processes and refine AI strategies.
- Identify business challenges that can benefit from AI, developing actionable recommendations.
- Develop and present business cases for initiatives, including scope, solutions, staffing, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize deliverables from business and technical perspectives.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Prepare and deliver executive communication materials to senior executives.
- Build relationships with key AI/ML stakeholders, fostering responsible AI/ML development practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of product management experience in a complex environment, with a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in user research, problem identification, value proposition design, and collaboration with technology partners.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve goals without direct control over resources.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with urgency, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Capability to define and drive a delivery roadmap, including milestone deliveries and status reporting.
- Flexibility to manage multiple, changing priorities independently, inspiring collaboration among diverse teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strategic and commercial mindset with strong analytical abilities and intellectual curiosity.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML, and technology management processes, or experience with innovative technologies such as AI, Cloud services, and Digital Products.
- Coding experience with Python.
- Degree in a STEM field preferred.
