As a Product Analytics & Insights Manager in the Banker Product & Core Services Product Operations, your team empowers product teams to operate efficiently, make informed decisions, and scale product success across the organization. By building scalable practices and a seamless ecosystem, your team provides essential structure and support for the everyday tools and frameworks that product managers and the business rely on. Ultimately, you will role drive enhanced efficiency, better data management, improved analytics and insights, greater visibility, and stronger alignment-enabling product teams to focus on strategy, deliver impactful solutions, and achieve shared goals across teams.

The team develops and refines operating models, ensures data is accessible and reliable, and transforms raw data into actionable insights to guide product strategy. Acting as the engine that connects product usage and stakeholder feedback directly to product and business initiatives, the team ensures that key data and observability are integral to every decision.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and strategy of product usage dashboards and reporting solutions for product and business teams.
  • Define and manage systems for handling analytics requests, sharing updates, and prioritizing asks against business needs.
  • Help drive the product analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and technology partners to ensure data capture is defined correctly and tools are optimized for analytics and visualization.
  • Drive automation of data collection, flow, and reporting processes, and maintain a roadmap for dashboard improvements.
  • Participate in efforts to reconcile usage data with customer feedback and qualitative inputs.
  • Surface actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and product partners.
  • Champion data storytelling, turning complex analytics into compelling narratives to drive decision making.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing training and guidance on analytics best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting solutions and consolidate analytics platforms.
  • Lead change management initiatives to streamline adoption of tools and processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy, with a track record of leadership in financial services or a related industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with Python or R
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in an agile environment.
  • Strategic thinker with experience aligning analytics initiatives to business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and change management.
  • Experience with A/B testing, embedded analytics, and integrating data from multiple sources
  • Knowledge of financial services products, metrics, and regulatory requirements.
