As a Process Manager II - Privacy Operations Controls Analyst within our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing our privacy environment, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the office. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with Privacy Legal, Privacy Compliance, and Controls to uphold the quality, completeness, and accuracy of our privacy processes. You will also be tasked with maintaining a robust controls environment and representing DPO in various interactions with controls, audit, and other line of defense teams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manages all procedures, job aids, and process flows to ensure alignment with current processes across the Data Privacy Office.
• Executes routine evergreen process of all program documents. Leads the execution of our Change Management process across the Data Privacy Office
• Completes control self-assessments across the Privacy Office.
• Identifies and executes process improvements within the DPO process.
• Supports ad hoc processes, which includes but is not limited to addressing escalations, approving downgrades, backing up Operations oversight lead process. Ad hoc projects and backup for other operational supporting roles.
• Reviews of controls and reconciliations for completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness monthly.
• Coordinates and implements new controls to support an everchanging environment. Participates actively in planning and executing audit activities.
• Ensures timely escalation of key risks and issues to management and interested stakeholders.
• Represents DPO on various governance, legal, and controls forums.
• Develops and maintains key contacts and working relationships with various areas within the Firm and with vendors.
• Interacts with key stakeholders such as Global Data Risk Management, Privacy Legal, Privacy Compliance, Global Security, Fraud Units and LOB Privacy Champions.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant privacy laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact the organization. This includes the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data privacy tools and software, such as Excel, Word, Privacy Applications, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of the privacy industry and business context to provide relevant and actionable insights.
• Research Skills: Ability to gather information from various sources and synthesize it to support analysis and decision-making.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management to gather data requirements and deliver insights. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan, organize, and schedule resources.
