As the Manager- Process Improvement within the Intelligent Automation team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Intelligent Automation solutions using various development tools like UiPath, Python, Alteryx, and Power Automate. You will promote the adoption of UiPath AI capabilities, provide feasibility recommendations, and guide the team to shorten project lifecycles. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, delivering productivity and efficiency through automated solutions, and demonstrating leadership by managing projects and guiding the team. You will also be expected to report potential issues, track project status, and continuously enhance your knowledge of the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Intelligent Automation solutions using various languages and development tools such as UiPath, Python, Alteryx, and Power Automate, while driving adoption of UiPath AI capabilities.
- Provide recommendations on feasibility regarding required applications, technology, and effort.
- Identify opportunities and guide the team to shorten the overall project lifecycle.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Collaborate and coordinate engagement and governance frameworks with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency to the business through automated solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership and drive innovation by successfully managing projects and guiding the team.
- Report and escalate potential issues in a timely manner; track and report status of Intelligent Automation projects within Payments Operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate a self-learning attitude by enhancing knowledge of the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrable experience as a Project manager using Robotic technologies, particularly with UiPath and/ or any other technologies
- Strong understanding in developing and amending automation code, testing and ensuring everything has been done for go-live
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Robotic Process Automation Development and technologies, especially around UiPath
- Excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
- Strong capability to recommend innovative solutions to as is processes
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Leadership skills in governing, managing projects delivery and people
- Ability to navigate through the challenges and complete the project successfully
- Open to learn new technologies
- Drive projects and team with innovation mindset
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master's degree preferred
- 10 years of overall experience including development and managing automation solutions using cutting edge technologies like UiPath, Python, Alteryx, Power Automate ,Tableau, VBA, .Net, SQL and SharePoint; Additionally, leveraged UiPath's advanced AI capabilities to deliver intelligent automation solutions
