Join our Card Product Configuration & Support team as a Senior Associate, where you'll leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to transform and automate processes within our Credit Card business. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Card Product Configuration & Support team. This role is focused on developing and implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance automation, decision-making processes, and reporting capabilities. You will work on strategic projects that drive transformation and efficiency across our Credit Card business, leveraging GenAI to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GenAI solutions using Python to enhance automation and decision-making processes within the Card Product Configuration & Support team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop GenAI solutions that address client needs and drive transformation.
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable data processing pipelines and deploy GenAI model inference services.
  • Monitor and improve GenAI model performance through feedback and active learning.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to deploy and scale GenAI models in production environments.
  • Deliver written, visual, and oral presentations of GenAI findings to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI and data science, and identify emerging techniques to drive ongoing enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field and 3+ years of data analytics experience, or advanced degree and 2+ years of experience.
  • Advanced Python programming skills with experience writing production-quality code.
  • Strong knowledge of language models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and domain adaptation.
  • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with modern analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, PowerApps) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL) is preferred.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information to both technical and business audiences.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills with a strong intellectual curiosity for solving business problems.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
