Job Description:
The PB Digital Alternatives and Lending Product Lead will lead the development and execution of our digital product strategy for Alternatives and Lending for the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive product innovation and execution to deliver exceptional value to our clients. The Product Lead will oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Alternatives and Lending products.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align product goals with business objectives.
- Product Development and Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, product design, development, and launch.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial and Performance Management:
- Manage product budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Analyze product performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Develop strategies to differentiate our products in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on Alternatives and Lending products.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in product management, with a track record of success in senior leadership roles.
