As a Portfolio Management Senior associate, you'll play a pivotal role ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the book of work.
Central Migrations Office (CMO) portfolio management team is responsible for the intake, reporting, tracking and oversight of migrations impacting clients using treasury and merchant service products. Assigned CMO project teams ensure that the migration experience for the client is as seamless as possible. The portfolio management team oversees the entire book of work; managing reporting tools, program analysis across projects, intake of new projects, and weekly portfolio meetings. Our priority is creating an efficient set of processes with consistent implementation across our project, design, design, and client support managers to ensure repeatable/reliable reporting is delivered to our stakeholders and partners.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lean into partner forums to identify new projects (intake) and collect information required to confirm the product change is migration and the high-level scope so that a team can be assigned. Actively participate in weekly intake review, help with agenda preparation.
- Partner with project and program managers to set up and manage projects in our reporting suite so that stakeholder reporting is comprehensive. Proactively validate the book of work output for accuracy and completeness. Identify gaps and anomalies and raise for discussion.
- Enable the team to efficiently and timely prepare for various forums, to respond to management asks, for status or ad hoc reporting.
- Lead weekly pipeline review meetings, prepare recap minutes and action items, ensure team is aware when they are expected to present deep dive. Plan for and prepare agendas.
- Ensure owners are completing actions logged week to week, including proactive reminders/context lingering actions or update of data in tools.
- Support updates to reporting framework/tools such as requesting new data points, adding new data points, and preparing templates/output. Prepare requirements for reporting requiring implementation from partner teams.
- Prepare and maintenance of various project artifacts, including Operating Model Documentation, best practices, and SharePoint. Support preparation of training materials and distribution of information to team.
- Bring forward ideas to improve the process, efficiency, and reporting of the team. Support the communication and governance across the entire portfolio such as reporting on major milestones and risk.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of project delivery experience as a project manager
- 1+ year supporting program and/or portfolio management reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with desire to submerge into the detail of a topic, issue or deliverable to understand the underlying concept
- Self-starter; proven ability to work independently to meet deadlines; aptitude to learn new skills/tools
- Strong experience collecting and organizing information into high quality presentations, training, and documentation
- Keen attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities that change quickly, and thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate effectively, drive consensus, gather & synthesize information, and influence relationships at all levels
- High proficiency in key MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Basic SharePoint page, list, and navigation experience
- Exposure to payment and/or merchant services products through project execution or client service
- Tracked projects using Workfront and/or MyPM
- Exposure to client operations, migrations, and/or product implementations
