As a Revenue Management Pricing Associate on the Global Commercial Bank Revenue Management team, you will support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies and enhancing pricing and billing processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational management.

The Global Commercial Bank Revenue Management team, delivers a comprehensive suite of wholesale products offered by JPMorgan Chase, encompassing lending, treasury services, investment banking, and investment management to corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. This role is a vital part of the GCB Revenue Management team, dedicated to optimizing revenue and implementing effective controls across the Treasury Services product suite.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of strategic pricing models and frameworks to support the commercialization of new products.
  • Enhance market competitiveness and customer value by optimizing pricing strategies of existing products.
  • Create and implement package pricing structures and controls to maintain consistency and transparency.
  • Leverage benchmark insights to refine pricing strategies and strengthen market positioning.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards within pricing processes and policies.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to align pricing strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide pricing decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to seamlessly integrate pricing strategies across various product lines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • BA/BS in Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • 1+ years of experience in an analytical function with additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Sales, and Treasury Management.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project management and verbal and written communication skills
  • This position will require limited travel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Pricing and Billing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience addressing and resolving large-scale, cross-functional challenges that affect product development, sales, and client experience.
  • Utilize statistical, financial, process, and project management tools to effectively frame initiatives and model pricing concepts.
  • Experience articulating strategies and approaches, managing meetings, tracking outstanding items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
