Product Delivery blends operational management of product releases with robust product and feature release capabilities to help ensure that product deployments and releases are delivered with end-to-end regard for the end user experience and the product / product line's overall strategy and objectives. Product delivery works across teams, functions, and disciplines to ensure continual progress and a product's ability to deliver value at scale across all phases of the product lifecycle.
As a Product Delivery Manager Vice President in our Product Management team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

You will organize project deliverables and activities in accordance with the strategic direction and goals of the organization, evaluate method to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvements, manage a team with diverse array of talents and responsibilities, produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle as well as analyze program risks. Job responsabilities
• Collaborates with technology teams to identify and plan work slates based on priorities and overall release schedules/plans.
• Participates in and supports initial development pilots during the initial phases.
• Supports Core Operations change team and leads (subject matter experts) as necessary.
• Tracks and communicates team progress as it relates to the agreed-upon plan.
• Recommends improvements and assists in changes to best practices.
• Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and disseminating information.
• Helps the team make appropriate commitments through task definition.
• Identifies and removes impediments, preventing distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver the sprint goal.
• Facilitates discussion and conflict resolution.
• Participates in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on a methodology that creates a cohesive plan with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience with Payments Products
- Experience in multi-year complex program management or strategy implementation within a financial services or operations environment.
- Ability to manage different complex stakeholder map including senior stakeholders in the Business, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Ability to concisely explain complex issues, strong written and oral communication skills and ability to present to senior management.
