As a Payments Planning and Analysis Transformation Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing crucial aspects of the Payments P&A transformation agenda, such as product P&Ls, allocations, and reporting dashboards. Your role will be dynamic, focusing on revolutionizing the P&A function with innovative tools and solutions, with the goal of achieving substantial efficiency improvements by minimizing manual tasks.

Job responsibilities
- Drive transformation and innovation agenda to upskill tools and service model for key Payments P&A activities; reporting, forecasting, performance commentary, EMR's
- Support senior leader stakeholders responsible for delivering Payments transformation agenda
- Plan and coordinate transformation agenda across various teams including; controllers, CIB integration team, Corporate P&A
- Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting timeline and roadmap for Payments transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain Payments inventory for indirect allocations + ensure continuous improvement in allocations to sub-products and regions
- Collaborate closely and develop strong cross-functional relationships with product owners, tech leads, P&A and other key stakeholders to successfully partner on execution, delivery and reporting
- Lead presentations on Payments financial transformation initiatives and coordinate follow-up actions
- Project manage initiative to reduce manual reports through Dashboards and other automation efforts
- Challenge the status quo by looking for process improvements and implementing them where appropriate
- Manage for people development and performance management, coaching and mentoring
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience in finance and P&A focused roles, familiar working with large data sets, strong reconciliation skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience working in a demanding global environment, people leader who can recruit, coach and retain top product talent
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership on the most critical initiatives for the business
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop compelling storylines, highlight takeaways, lead meetings with senior business partners
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment and work independently
- Strong sense of ownership. Takes full responsibility for complete, end-to-end delivery, and impact with proven ability to act independently with excellent decision-making skills
- Proactive in identifying next steps and executing and soliciting feedback
- Willingness to learn new technologies and be an innovation driver
- Works well under pressure and handle multiple projects and initiatives at same time, proven exceptional time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize
- Exceptional analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong project management skills
