Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercialization strategy for digital platforms across Latin America.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase platform adoption and usage.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with LATAM regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams across the region to build strong relationships and drive collaborative success.
- Utilize product management skills to oversee the development and enhancement of digital products.
- Understand global digital platforms and ensure local compliance and market relevance in Latin American countries.
- Develop partnerships with third-party vendors to create strategic alliances.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital banking or related fields.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the LATAM regulatory environment.
- Strong relationship skills to connect with multi-disciplinary teams across the region.
- Preferred knowledge in treasury automation processes, Host to Host connectivity solutions, Client ERP systems, metrics, and analytics.
- Strong product management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
