We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Argentina Payments Implementation team. Successful candidate will interface with some of JPMorgan's most valuable clients, from both Corporate and Financial Institutions. The role will practice lead projects locally and regionally, from understanding and assembling clients and business requirements, to organize project's planning and its execution. Defines project's feasibility by assessing needs and risks, acting as consultant, sharing best practices, establishing action plans, managing deliverables and work teams to ensure project's deadlines are met.
The role must ensure that all Cash Management Services offered to clients and ensure that these critical services are offered in the most effective way. The individual should have an inquiring attitude to understand the key drivers of supporting the Treasury Payments business and to drive strategies to onboard clients, mitigating risks, enhancing P&L and creating business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
- Function as subject matter expert across complex Payments Cash Implementations - including existing digital channels, file transferring, H2H and emerging technologies integration solutions; including API, SWIFT and other platforms.
- Assemble solution implementations, from understanding and assembling clients and business requirements and determine project feasibility, delivering a JPM first in class business solutions, with strong controls and efficient time to market.
- Function as project manager, putting together project plan, considering scope, documentation, entitlements, testing, sign-off and Hyper care/PVT, managing and controlling deliverables and stakeholders to ensure project timeline is met and effectiveness is achieved.
- Work as an advisor to Sales teams on best practices and integration solutions to enable high tech driven products.
- Lead changes associated with stakeholders, including new processes, tools, regulatory changes.
- Communications and training by engaging the right levels of stakeholders (Products, International Technical teams, Global Development teams).
- Liaison with Third Party Vendors to integrate internal systems with client features
- Represent organization on Local and Global RFPs.
- Post Sales role, JPMorgan's first client facing contact with clients
- Liaising and interacting with the Sales and Products departments targeting the needs of the customers and putting together proposals and solutions to meet clients' demands.
- LATAM project coordination, responsible for managing implementations in different geographies regionally, leading countries' local implementation managers, acting as single point of contact for the clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years industry experience, preferably across financial services/banking
- BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
- Must have significant partnership, strategic alliance, or deal execution experience and/or strategy and/or consulting experience
- Experience formulating business strategy, including structuring problems, completing analysis, and making recommendations
- Project management experience in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new or ambiguous situations without significant assistance
- Deep analytical skills including understanding of common financial statements and ability to build financial models in Excel
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate to senior internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Sense of urgency with disposition to execute and a demonstrated career of successful partnership and/or deal execution
- Proven exceptional relationship building skills
- Proven experience in working across departments and lines of business within large organizations
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluent in English
- High influential skills to drive global teams on the achievements of client demands / solutions
