Role Overview:
As an Associate Client Solutions Architect in Digital Channels & Connectivity, you will be part of a team that supports the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. You will be expected to quickly develop technical expertise in specific products and industries to contribute effectively to client solutions. Your role will involve tracking how clients are using our products and supporting efforts to ensure business results are realized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales in solutioning and assist in deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
- Work with Clients and Sales & Service partners to understand business problems and requirements, contributing to multi-channel technical integration recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and contribute to solution development.
- Support tracking and analysis of client product usage to ensure successful outcomes.
- Rapidly develop and apply technical knowledge of specific products and industries to support client solutions.
- Engage with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions, under guidance.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to identify potential development requirements for product design enhancements.
- Develop foundational knowledge in digital channels, open banking, and emerging technologies integration solutions, including host-host, SWIFT, API, and mobile platforms.
- Attend client roundtables and strategy workshops to observe and contribute insights as needed.
- Provide market feedback to Product Managers across the product development lifecycle, assisting with concept design and feature development based on client interactions.
- Represent the organization at internal and external client conferences and trade shows, supporting senior team members.
- Contribute insights from client interactions into marketing strategy and communications plans.
- Explore opportunities to support bank representation within key industry standards bodies and workgroups.
- Assist in the configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions to fit client use cases, often in collaboration with Technology teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain.
- Interest in supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
- Experience or coursework related to working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the payments industry, including payments products such as Payables, Receivables, Liquidity and Foreign Exchange.
- Familiarity with digital channels, open banking, and emerging technologies product sets, including API, host-host, SWIFT, internet, and mobile.
- Willingness to learn about technical standards across payments and cash management domains (e.g., JSON, ISO 20022, SWIFT).
- Interest in Finance (ERP), Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and other Fintech platforms in the corporate banking space.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about both legacy and on-premise and latest cloud variants of SAP and Oracle ERP platforms (finance and treasury applications context).
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Eagerness to develop presentation skills and participate in technology demonstrations.
