Join the Firm-wide Control Management team, which provides a centralized view of all control functions, driving real-time problem detection, escalation, review, and solutions. As a Vice President in the Payments Controls Organization, you will partner with Management, Risk, and Compliance to oversee audits and regulatory exams, aligning cross-functional support to business priorities and executing the regional payment regulatory agenda.
As a Digital & Design Payment Control Management Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be a member of the Global Digital & Design Controls leadership team. You will work closely with Business and Functional partners, as well as Regional leadership, to develop, communicate, and implement the Payments end-to-end controls strategy in the region. Your role involves driving execution of the Digital & Design payment regulatory agenda and leading governance across the program.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead oversight of the end-to-end system of controls to mitigate risk through engagement, thematic reviews, and risk analysis.
- Conduct regular reviews with senior leadership and stakeholder committees to assess priorities across WP controls teams.
- Lead problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, including process design and target state modeling.
- Identify and proactively manage risks to delivery of end-to-end target operating model strategies.
- Align key stakeholders to influence, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
- Deliver high-quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
- Create and deliver executive communications, status reporting, and metrics.
- Manage a matrix team, developing skills and capacity to support control responsibilities.
- Oversee primary control responsibilities for all controls impacting Payments in the region.
- Chair regional and governance forums, playing a key escalation role as needed.
- Oversee execution of a regular testing program of the existing control framework.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Relevant industry experience with business management and financial experience.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Ability to synthesize information and formulate a "story" for Management.
- Attention to detail and ability to create detailed statements from fragmented facts.
- Confident communicator with clear verbal and written updates for all organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze problems and work well in cross-functional teams.
