As the Organizational Cybersecurity Awareness Lead within the Global Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team, you will have the opportunity to promote our initiative to educate and empower employees globally. You will be responsible for identifying the needs of employees and developing a cohesive plan to reduce risk through education and awareness. You will plan and implement an engaging, thoughtful, and approachable cybersecurity awareness strategy that will reach global firm-wide audiences.

The ideal candidate will have the necessary knowledge and skills to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into content that is approachable to a diverse, global firm-wide audience. Additionally, they will have knowledge/experience with developing successful large-scale programs and/or events. They will also have a proven track record of close partnership and engagement with stakeholders of all levels, working with them closely to identify and report on measurable outcomes that tie back to risk-reduction efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build upon the existing firm-wide education & awareness strategy, delivering impactful global and tailored materials
  • Create and deliver consumable, approachable cybersecurity learning content, including written communications, instructional content and live instructor-led sessions aimed at global firm-wide audiences
  • Act as a spokesperson for the audience, understanding and communicating learning and development needs to stakeholders
  • Complete status dashboard reports and scorecard updates, assisting with communications and presentation materials as needed
  • Lead and collaborate with partnering teams to enable proactive and reactive problem-solving and information sharing

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in related fields
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills tailored to specific audiences
  • Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders/partners at all levels
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering successful training programs
  • Proactive, can-do attitude in a collaborative team environment, motivated by risk reduction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity awareness topics a plus
